Phase Three Troopers

“Ah, this armor pinches!” As the Empire transitioned from vat grown troopers into standard military recruitment and conscription they needed to update an armor from the one size fits all designs of the Republic. Besides coming in multiple sizes, this armor could also make small alterations to fit a larger variety of soldiers. Imperial designers also took this opportunity to upgrade Imperial armor. Including a more cost effective armor alloy, a cheaper targeting display in the helmets, and easier to produce foot ware. Phase Three Trooper armor was just a prototype to standard Storm Core armor and contractors hired by the Empire would continue to follow the design trends laid out by this armor. This would allow the Empire to field vast legions of recruits into their storm core.
