As soon as we got into specialty coffee, a cup of Honduras is what opened our eyes. It was simply our first great coffee we had tasted so once we started roasting it was a huge goal to find Honduran coffees we loved like that first great experience in specialty coffee. We think this coffee fits this goal. We were introduced to Benjamin Paz by a friend and could not have been happier to have the opportunity for him to help us find a great coffee for our menu.
