The Sarchimor he cultivates are strong, resistant trees that produce a high-quality cup profile, a coffee that he prefers to process as a honey - creating a full-bodied, sweet cup of coffee! We paired this with a bean that has been a staple in our annual Nectar Gadget blend, Pacas "Viejo" from Finca Santa Petrona in El Salvador.
