This year, we have a new component for this blend, a coffee that comes to us from the Tosepan Cooperative in Puebla, near the border of Veracruz. We visited this cooperative back in January of 2024 and are excited to finally be bringing in some coffee from these producers! The coffee part of the cooperative is called Taohtolkaltianih, meaning "those who guide the way" in Nahuat, and is a new and exciting project for the folks at Tosepan.
