Ingredients: 70% cacao, 30% sugar, raw honey, chile chiltepe We sourced the tiny chiltepe chiles used for this bar from our producing partners in Guatemala at Finca San Jeronimo Miramar. They pack a lot of heat and pair well with the sweet, floral profile of the Mesquite flower honey that is a thin layer inside the bar.
