Yooperlite is the trademarked name of a type of syenite rock (similar to granite), rich with fluorescent sodalite. It is found predominantly along the shores of Lake Superior. No need to hunt - this elusive fellow will stand out in any collection of uranium glass or other glowy things. About 3½" tall. Due to the unique nature of crystals and minerals, the actual carving you receive may differ slightly from those pictured.
