Globo Grip Handles are your all-in-one solution for grip-focused training. Each handle features a 1" threaded steel core with a 3" globe on the end, perfect for pulling, pushing, or just punishing your palms. Choose between a 36mm or 48mm handle diameter to suit your level of grip masochism. Mount them anywhere with 1" holes, your rack, the Mutant Metals ARC, or use them as Hatfield squat handles. They're 3D printed in 15 bold colors and ready to add some  customization to your setup. Chalk or liquid chalk is recommended when using the Globo Grip Handles.  Available with matching Darkonuts, because we don’t half-rep anything. Locked down and looking clean, right out of the box.
