Medjool dates are a natural source of fiber, magnesium, and potassium. Dates are naturally sweet with no added sugar and a low glycemic index. They have more potassium than a banana and a great source of dietary fiber.  All our dates contain no chemicals, no preservatives and no artificial materials. They are simply brushed with water during pre-packaging to remove any desert dust or debris.
