Surgeon / Surgeon-R – Precision Without Compromise The Surgeon and its ringed counterpart, the Surgeon-R, are compact fixed blades engineered for control, precision, and real-world utility. Each knife measures 7" total length with a 2.5" scalpel blade shaped in the style of a No. 22 surgical scalpel—broad, curved, and built for clean, precise cuts that rival surgical instruments. This scalpel knife combines the reliability of a fixed blade design with the cutting precision of surgical blades. Machined from a single piece of fully hardened steel in the United States, the Surgeon line combines a 1/4" thick scalpel handle for strength and grip with a 1/8" thick blade for slicing efficiency. Jimping along the spine and underside of the handle ensures excellent control in varied grips, while laser-engraved side texturing adds both traction and visual detail. Available in AEB-L stainless steel, CPM 3V, or Magnacut steel options, these steel blades offer a balance of toughness, corrosion resi
