ZYMAFLORE DELTA

Yeast for aromatic white and rosé wines. Riesling, Pinot Gris, Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Gewürztraminer...  Complex and elegant wines, clean aromatic profile.  Optimal conditions: 150 - 250 NTU turbidity.  Very low formation of sulfur-containing compounds even at high turbidities.  High expression of citrus notes, especially grapefruit. Dosage: 200 - 300 ppm.
