One of my favorite parts of my job is playing with color! So I've had it in the back of my mind for awhile now, that I'd love to create a series of abstract paintings that each focus on one specific color family, while including many shades and nuances of that color.  That's how the Color Play Collection came about!  And I have to say that even though I have favorite colors, I absolutely enjoyed painting each one of the paintings in this series!  There is so much to discover when you begin layering shades of tone-on-tone color.  I enjoyed this collection immensely and I hope these pieces will add a gorgeous pop of color to your home or work space!
