1920’s Sunbeam Electric Travel Iron with Metal Carry Case and Cord

Measures:  Metal Carry Case – 5” tall, 7.25” wide, 4.25” deep, Iron – 4.5” tall, 5” long This iron is in amazing condition!  It’s so cute!  The metal box that holds it folds open to reveal a piece of artwork – a shiny chrome (one of my favorite colors:-) iron with a beautiful wooden handle.  The cloth covered cord has its own compartment above the iron.  There is a metal swing handle on the top of the carry case.  The front has a push button for opening, beneath that is embossed “Sunbeam Electric Iron”.  The iron is embossed with “Sunbeam No. S2 The Guaranteed Electric Iron”.  The patent date is on the push button clasp – Dec 22, 25.
