1922 Sterling Silver Chatelaine Pin Disk

Measures:  1.5” wide This beautiful pin disk is very well-made and has the original maroon velvet. The velvet is in excellent condition. This would have been attached to a lady’s chatelaine. It is now attached to a matching maroon ribbon and could be worn! The disk is hallmarked:  JS&S with an anchor, a lion, and the letter X. This indicates the piece was made in Birmingham, England (anchor). It is sterling silver (lion). And was made in 1922 (X). The silver smith was James Swan and Son.  The disk has a wonderful dark patina but this could be polished out if desired.
