Los Pirineos

Los Pirineos farm in Usulután, El Salvador, is led by fifth-generation producer Diego Baraona, who honors over 130 years of family tradition while innovating in coffee cultivation and processing. Located at 1,400 meters on a volcanic slope, the farm benefits from a unique microclimate of sunny days and cool breezes, ideal for producing exceptional coffees. Sustainability is central to the farm, with rainwater harvesting, shade-grown practices, and year-round employment for 60 workers. The Elite Bourbon, from 90–100-year-old trees, is a tribute to Diego’s father, Gilberto.
