Riakiberu AA

This coffee comes from the Riakiberu washing station, located at an altitude of 1,650 meters in the Nairobi region of Kenya. The cherries of the iconic SL28 and SL34 varieties undergo a meticulous washed process, typical of Kenya's great expertise. The result is a cup bursting with purity. The texture is silky, carried by a vibrant acidity reminiscent of rhubarb and lemon, which is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of blueberry and the delicacy of dried flowers. A lively, juicy and very elegant profile.
