Adisa in Sunday Morning

Some Sunday mornings ask nothing of you. No agenda, no rush, just good light, good company, and the quiet pleasure of going somewhere beautiful at your own pace. The Adisa was made for exactly that morning. Named for the Yoruba word meaning clarity, one who is clear, truth without noise, this tote carries its name honestly. The exterior began as a double sided table runner I found while out looking for inspiration and the next beautiful thing to bring to you. Bunny toile on one side, sage buffalo check on the other. I used both. Framed with hunter green and white striped grosgrain ribbon, finished with dark green webbing straps, a gold push snap closure, and a hand stamped Daylin Skye leather label set with gold rivets. The interior is lined in natural canvas with a slip pocket to keep you organized without the chaos. I made three. That’s it.
