GLUTEN FREE Birthday Cake

A classic that never gets old. Vanilla bean cake filled and covered with a smooth Swiss Meringue Vanilla Bean Buttercream, covered in sprinkles and topped with vanilla buttercream ruffles.  The size for the cake in the picture is a 5" PLEASE KEEP IN MIND CHANGING THE CAKE SIZE WILL ALTER THE DESIGN, IT WILL LOOK SIMILAR AS THE IMAGE BUT IN THE SIZE YOU REQUESTED. BIGGER OPTIONS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.  All cakes need to be refrigerated and take out 2-3 hours before serving. Please read "how to cut and take care of my cake" for further instructions We do not write on signature cakes, you can purchase a Sugar Plaque to write a message on the cake. Cake board color might change depending on availability. Our Cakes have wood dowels inside to hold them straight and to prevent  them from sliding off the base.
