Strawberry Cake

Strawberry cake layers filled with homemade strawberry marmalade and silky pastry cream, frosted with vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Topped with fresh strawberries, a strawberry vanilla macaron, and a ring of whipped cream filled with strawberry jelly. Finished with dried strawberry pieces and edible rose petals around the sides. Before you enjoy your cake: Keep it in the fridge, and take it out 2 to 3 hours before serving. Cake board color may vary. There are small wooden sticks inside to keep the cake steady. Macarons and sugar plaques are held with toothpicks — please remove them before cutting.
