What’s your favorite romantic spot in DC? Mine may be the Spanish Steps in Kalorama. Built in 1911, this hidden park (the only one in the city that occupies a street) has the charm of the an old European alley, and provides a scenic background for first kisses, proposals and weddings.About the artist:Carlos Carmonamedina studied Fine Arts in Mexico and Romania.
