After a two years of being open, the Wharf is now part of D.C.'s days and nights. This $2.5 billion development on the Southwest Waterfront is, in this first phase, one mile long, and promises to become a major tourist attraction.About the artist:Carlos Carmonamedina studied Fine Arts in Mexico and Romania.
