To set means we start our day with morning prayer, word study, and meditation. This will allow you to push the green light or go button to your day. You can receive instruction, and directions, and start a personal connection with God through Jesus Christ.   To reset means simply at the end of the day, we recharge our battery. Life can be very draining, and it is important to reset or recharge just as we do on our cell phones daily. Whatever time you deem necessary is not as important as being consistent.
