Don't forget about that slow cooker, throw a roast in the morning and have dinner ready when you get home.  Small A 20-pound box of premium ranch raised beef. ~10 lbs Dry-Aged, Single Animal Sourced Ground Beef, ~10 lbs Dry-Aged Roasts.
