Tommy Tardie & Randle Pagaragan - The Flatiron Room

WHO: Tommy Tardie is CEO and founder of The Goodnight Group, which includes the Flatiron Room. Randle Pagaragan is the chef de cuisine of The Flatiron Room. ABOUT: With a strong background in marketing, Tommy Tardie successfully transformed his vision into reality, earning numerous awards for his establishments, including "Best Bar Group in America" (2022) and "Best Bar in America" (2021) from Whisky Magazine.
