With just a bit of air it turns cologne-like, a beguiling and complex array of fruit, earth and oak. Its chiseled and precise on the palate with a panoply of red and black fruits riding a beam of dusty, bramble-coated minerality on a wave of chewy tannins. Gout de terroir Spectacular!
