The Bourbon label exists for the sole purpose of the family’s Private Barrel Selection program and is the only label of its kind in existence. It is an un-chillfiltered, barrel proof, straight Bourbon Whiskey of unusual depth and complexity. nextSectionAged for thirteen years and bottled at cask strength, it has a dark copper color, along with a strong, spicy aroma. Hints of brown sugar, dark chocolate and coffee beans subtly complement bold notes of rye, buttered biscuits and caramel. The finish is lush and intense, with touches of cloves, ginger and a hint of smoke.
