Real Impossibles- It’s About Time CD.  80's California! Valley Girl, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, movies like these were not just important but their soundtracks were equally as important for this time in Alternative Rock ‘n Roll. Bands like The Plimsouls, The Knack, Dramarama, The Romantics, Lone Justice, and The DBs to name a few made their mark on the radio airwaves of this time on stations like KROQ in LA and WLIR in Long Island. Yet there was one band missed or accidentally overlooked when it came to this incredible underbelly of  New Wave and Power Pop and that band is The Real Impossibles.  The band formed in late 1983 and released their debut 5-song 12" “Get The Big Picture” and followed it up with two critically acclaimed 7"’s.   This quality reissue features many of their released tracks completely remastered as well as the tracks that never saw a proper release.  Songs like “Here and Now" and “Burned” really exemplify their raw and energetic live sound the band and songs like “Talkin’ Bout You“ & “All Over This World” are two songs that never saw proper releases on their original releases and truly shine on this this impeccably curated compilation.
