Tuxedo Truffle Cheesecake

This cheesecake is definitely a one-of-a-kind cake with chocolate graham crumbs surrounding a 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 chocolate cheesecake with chocolate chips throughout. In between the vanilla and the chocolate lays a thin layer of dark chocolate and topped with a rich chocolate ganache. We decided it needed more chocolate so we added a creamy chocolate glaze, dark and white chocolate shavings and chocolate curls! Definitely chocolisous!! option: chocolate or vanilla graham crumbs
