Westbury Top Rail End Cap for Crossover

Top Rail End Cap can be inserted on the other side of a crossover post to complete the crossover handrail. Usually this takes place at the transition between level and stair rail, and would otherwise need to be accomplished with a post cap. This option eliminates the need for a post cap, but must use a crossover post. The Top Rail Crossover End Capis essentially a block of Westbury top rail with a finished side to be displayed.
