“When the Apostle comes I”ll ask him for a blessing and then I will be able to walk.” The words first came from a child, who along with his family, Richard Tolman once taught as a missionary in Brasil. The child had been unable to walk since birth, but Tolman, now professor of Biology at BYU decided to tell Harold B. Lee, who was visiting Brasil, of the child”s desire. “Faith like that does not go unrewarded,” Lee told the missionary. He later blessed the child, and the child regained the ability to walk.
