Ameraucana Juvenile
Our Ameraucana juvenile chicks will be 4-6 weeks old upon order fulfillment. Our line of Ameraucana juveniles usually begin to lay right around 22 weeks of age. Allowing your juveniles time to adjust and become accustomed to their new surroundings will keep them on track for laying as soon as 22 weeks old. Please see our Ameraucana Breed Page for more information on this breed. We maintain 3 APA approved color varieties of Ameraucanas: "BBS" for blue, black and splash, Self Blue (aka Lavender) and Wheaten (that are also BBS). With the limited amount of space we have to grow our started birds, we do not offer specific selection of color from our BBS lines. This means when placing an order for BBS Ameraucana or Wheaten Ameraucana, you have the potential to receive blue, black or splash colored birds.
