Gelato Mint Chocolate Chip Cake

Our 8 inch devil's food cake is filled with house-made mint chocolate chip gelato. Iced with whipped cream with chocolate ganache drip and chocolate shavings. Serves 10 to 14.This cake needs to be pre-ordered, so please order ahead. A full 48 hour notice is needed.  Our Gelato Cakes must be kept frozen until serving.  The best way to cut the cake is with a large sharp knife that is warm with hot running water.We are sorry, we cannot make any changes to this cake, other than adding inscription.
