Paper Banner (Papel Picado)

Papel picado is a traditional Mexican party decoration.  Made of delicate tissue paper, each panel is hand cut with unique designs and attached to a string for hanging. Great for fiesta parties, Cinco de Mayo, baby showers, or everyday decor.   Care is required when handling these paper banners as these are very delicate and can rip easily.  Delicate tissue paper construction Large banner consists of ten 13″ by 9″ panels.
