Failure of the CP4 pump almost always results in damaged injectors and a very costly repair bill. Additionally, it is very common to see signs of metal debris in injectors before having any drivability issues, potentially leaving you with a damaged engine ultimately caused by the CP4. Converting to a CP3 injection pump will not only add to your reliability, but you will also have more flow potential.
