WHOLE WHEAT FUSILLI The bluebeard variety of durum wheat is locally grown on a farm in Garfield County, Oklahoma, and was then stone milled locally in Enid, Oklahoma. The flavor is deep, nutty and delicious.  Pair this pasta with mushrooms, shallots, garlic and savory herbs & your favorite grated cheese. The Whole Wheat Fusilli is shaped like a double helix spiral and can be referred to as "little spindles". This pasta was made with bluebeard durum wheat.
