From the steep slopes of La Coipa, Cajamarca, the 3M – Las Cidras farm produces exceptional coffees across 4.5 hectares dedicated to specialty cultivation. This family-run project is the inheritance of Miguel Minga Cuña’s parents, now carried forward with his family’s vision of differentiated, high-quality coffees. Miguel and his family focus on innovative fermentation methods, particularly anaerobic washed processes, while maintaining the traditional care and discipline of washed coffees. Their goal is simple: preserve quality, ensure sustainability, and deliver coffees that satisfy roasters and drinkers alike.
