This one started as a café experiment.Then you voted for it.Hard. Our Hazelnut Praline Syrup is rich, toasty, and deeply comforting. Made with real hazelnuts and cooked low and slow until it tastes like the good part of a praline: nutty, caramelized, and just sweet enough. It’s not cloying.It’s not fake-vanilla sweet.And it won’t bully your coffee. Instead, it melts into espresso, plays nicely with milk, and turns a regular cup into something that feels a little more special... like a cozy café moment, but at home. We made this in a very small batch (15 bottles total) using the same approach we take with everything at Demitasse: start simple, use good ingredients, and stop before it becomes too much.
