1 OUNCE BAG. Named after the Cascade Mt. Range of the US Northwest & Canada, this is the Signature Hop for American Pale Ales. This hop has a moderately intense floral, citrus and grapefruit character. They impart a clean bitterness and excellent flavor.   Included (1 oz) US Cascade Hop Pellets   Specs: Origin: United States Hop Format: Pellets Hop Pedigree: Fuggle seedling derived from Fuggle and Serebrianka. Brewing Usage: Bittering and Finishing. Hop Aroma: Medium intense floral, pine, citrus and grapefruit tones. Beer Styles: American-style Pale Ales, but can be used for all Pale Ales, IPA and Porter. Properties: Alpha acids: 4.5 - 7.0% Beta acids: 4.5 - 7.0% Co-Humulone: 33 - 40% Total Oil: 0.8 - 1.5 ml/100g. Substitutions: Ahtanum, Amarillo®, Centennial. Storage: 48-52% alpha remaining after 6-months.
