Turmeric plays off the notes of lemongrass, fading into sweetness of licorice, all couched in the warming heat of ginger. Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 212F. Use 2.5g of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 5-10 minutes.
