Custom-made hand-crafted Gyuto style Chef's knife. Hardened 8" N690 Stainless Steel and stabilized hand-sculpted Prinar wood handle with brass detail. This wood is only found in the Mediterranean shore. It is very rare and I had to go village by village to find pieces of this marvelous tree's pieces and petrified them to be used in sculpting these handles. Made and Designed in Los Angeles, CA
