A personalized laser-cut sports plaque is a great way to celebrate your favorite player or fan, from youth leagues to high school, college to professional! Each jersey can be personalized with your choice of colors, name and player number. Both male and female backgrounds options are available.  In the "Add Personalization" field, please include all of the personalization info that I will need including name, number, and team colors. Include your choice of background color also. While it is not required, I recommend uploading a photo of your jersey so I can customize it as closely to your ideal jersey as possible. Plaques are approximately 10" x 9" and composed of 3 layers of laser-cut Baltic birch and hand-painted. The background and jersey are available in your choice of colors.
