The Olson Vineyard, situated just a few miles from Monterey Bay, benefits from the moderating influence of the coastal fog, resulting in a slower ripening period and grapes with concentrated flavors. The WineThis Dune & Mountain Pinot Noir was fermented 100% whole cluster using only native yeast. It was aged 11 months in oak barrels and bottled without fining or filtration.
