The Land The Bisson Glera Vino Frizzante Trevigiani originates from the elite Valdobbiadene district of the Veneto region, renowned for its exceptional Prosecco. Here, the vineyards are situated on stunningly steep hillsides, with sandy and clay-rich soils that offer excellent drainage. The unique microclimate, influenced by the Dolomite Mountains and the Adriatic Sea, provides warm days and cool nights, ideal for the slow ripening of the Glera grape. This environment imparts a distinctive freshness and vibrant character to the wine. The Wine Crafted from 100% Glera, this refreshing sparkling wine is a bone-dry delight with only 2 grams per liter of residual sugar, standing in stark contrast to many of its sweeter Prosecco counterparts. This wine is the result of a collaboration between Pierluigi Lugano and his good friend Eli Spagnol of Torre Zecchei. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with meticulous temperature regulation, the wine retains its delicate freshness and vivid character.
