The skirt has a wide waistband with thin elastic sewn into the top of the waistband. Garter strap features: 1/2 inch wide stretch strap Black nylon coated metal adjusters for changing the length Silver metal suspender clips: useful for clipping into thigh-high tights or socks that are too thick for traditional garter clips Straps can be removed by sliding the hooks out of the loops that are sewn under the waistband seam The last two photos show the skirt worn over Grid Mesh Chaps, which are sold separately.
