Turquoise Inlay Ammonite Statement Ring - size 9

This size 9 ring features an incredible stone that is exceptionally difficult to source—150 million year old fossilized ammonite with bright blue turquoise inlay, and some tiny flecks of pyrite to boot. Each space is meticulously hand drilled and an individual piece of turquoise is cut to fit.  I was able to find these cabochons from ONE person, and she can no longer get them, so I only have 4-5 more and then they’re gone. This is truly a special ring. I wrapped this beautiful fossil with a sterling silver twist wire accent with a small sterling silver accent ball for a design that is simple, in order to let the stone catch most of the attention. The double half round split shank makes this larger stone easy to wear, and has a stamped design feature on the underside for the wearer to enjoy.   Handmade by me, Stephanie Stamp, under the sunny skies of New Mexico.
