Red Bell Pepper Spread

We combine slow fermented green olives with sweet bell peppers, capers, garlic and other spices. The finishing touch is the addition of EVOO to round out the flavor. You can add other things like tuna or chicken or chunks of olive to make a sandwich spread or cracker dip.
