Monoprinting by Sarah S Barzmehri Sunday, April 13, 2025 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Location: Washington Printmakers Gallery,                1675 Wisconsin Avenue Northwest Washington, DC 20007  Cost: $100, plus $15 payable to the instructor Course Description: Skill Level: Adults (no experience needed) This workshop introduces participants to new approaches in monoprinting, using acrylic paint and glass surfaces. Inspired by the atmospheric works of Mark Rothko, students will explore creating prints in color. The workshop emphasizes the creative journey and the joy of an unpredictable result. Bio: Sarah S Barzmehri studied fine arts at the renowned art school in Paris, France (Ecôle Supérior Des Beaux Arts de Paris), and Graphic Design at University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). She’s an accomplished artist, educator and curator.
