(Our payment gateway is through Shopify so they handle all of your card details)   We have two custom built production ready 100w CO2 laser cutters. With its high-power of 100 Watts, we can cut through thick materials like 3/4″ wood and acrylic. And, we can still dial it down to effectively cut paper and cardboard. Our lasers have an area of 48" x 96" working area. Materials We can cut a variety of Baltic birch thicknesses. 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" We can cut cast acrylic in 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8".  We can cut EPS, XPS, EPP, and EVA foam up to 1-1/2".  Regarding wood cutouts, if needed, we can mask both sides front and back before cutting so you don't have to worry about cleaning or sanding any smoke residue or char marks. Masking material is left on each piece
