#10 (9.5x4.125) Envelopes

Available in many different sizes, Envelopes can send a variety of materials. We can print any image or text anywhere on the Envelope, so long as there is room for addressing and postage. Printing can move up to 1/16" in any of the 4 directions during the die cutting and folding process. For this reason, a shift of up to 1/16" tolerance in each step is acceptable and within industry standard. Recommendations The most common order options are #10 Regular Envelopes (9.5" x 4.125") on 70# Uncoated Offset Smooth Text weight white paper. They are almost always printed in full color on one side (4/0) and do not have coating. #10 Envelopes fit standard 8.5" x 11" letterhead folded in thirds.
