"The Sweet Shoppe" Cookie Decorating Class

As per California state requirement, a mask covering your nose and mouth will be required to attend this class.  This class is appropriate for any level of decorator; however, some experience is recommended. The level of difficulty of this class is advanced beginner.  I will teach outlining and flooding, but you will have better results if you have even a little bit of previous experience decorating cookies. Techniques taught in this class:  outlining and flooding in the same consistency and two consistencies wet-on-wet marbling  creating texture with piping consistency icing  Texturizing flood icing  Light Airbrushing  Detailing All supplies will be included for use in the class, and you will walk away with your set of 6 cookies that you decorated in class. Class run time is 3.5 hours. Please note classes may run a few minutes over or under. Recommend age is 12 and up.  Class location: 1022 E.
