White Chocolate Lemon Cookie

Our white chocolate lemon cookie is baked to perfection with the ideal crispy edge and slightly gooey center.  This large gluten-free cookie is the quintessential sharing size, but there's no shame in not sharing.  They are packed with white chocolate chunks and chips with lots of lemon zest, juice and candied peel pieces to round out the ultimate tart and sweet flavor profile.  Our Cookies are made with the highest quality, mostly organic ingredients we can get our hands on.  We mill our own flour mix out of organic gluten-free grains.  We use eggs from a local small family owned farm.  We make our own butter from organic heavy cream.  Cookies are measured to 125g of dough before baking.  Cookies are approximately 4 inches in diameter after baking.   All items are made in a Cottage Law Baking Facility by a ServSafe Certified Individual All items are individually wrapped to lock in freshness.
